A large proportion of our manufacturing is customer’s own designs, where you the customer have your own designs taken from conceptual ideas and drawings in to reality. Prototyped, patterned and manufactured to your own specification.

Our bespoke manufacturing covers a variety of customers and models. These range from piece parts to show wood trims, legs and facings, to full stuff-over frames. Laminated shapes for upholstery or show wood shells for metal chairs. Complete show wood polished frames or fully finished furniture, upholstered and ready for placement.

Customer’s own designs range from those who consistently buy quantities of a specific design, to one off runs of a design for a certain project. We are aware that the market place is forever changing, and wherever possible we endeavour to accommodate our customer’s requirements of batch sizes.

We work closely with our customers and always advise the most cost effective method of producing their designs, and suitable quantities to ensure consistency. We will also advise on improvements on strength and stability if needed. Wherever possible we request that all new models are approved by prototyping, before they are patterned or computer programmed for production.
