Our company manufactures wood based products. The related process activities include laminated components, panel sizing, matching, surface finishing and upholstery. These products and processes are not known to create severe pollution problems. However, Barton Products Limited is committed to:

• Seek to utilise technologies which minimise energy and materials consumption in our products and processes
• The prevention of pollution by the control of processes which may have an effect on the environment
• Use only wood and wood products which we believe come from well managed forests and we aim to purchase only wood and wood products from independently certified forests as they become available
• Encourage our employees to recognise their responsibilities regarding the protection of the environment
• Comply with relevant environmental legislation, regulation and with other requirements to which the company subscribes
• Make our environmental policy and objectives publicly available to interested parties upon request and through newsletters and trade publications
