This department has grown in its capabilities over the years, and has now become an integral part of our production at Barton Products. We have a variety of press sizes which allows us to manufacture both small and large, as well as complex and simple designs.

All the jig tooling is manufactured in house using the C.N.C. machine centres, and is designed to be used in either our radio frequency or heated presses. The cost of tooling is dependant on the size and complexity of the shape required, and where possible we always try and use existing company owned tools to accommodate any new designs.
