Our lead times for production vary on the type and scale of the product, the quantity and the finish. When we receive an order we always acknowledge the week number we are looking to despatch the goods. We endeavour to meet the deadlines required where we can but if this is not possible we will advise immediately.

It should be noted our delivery area is limited and tightly scheduled, and our Lorries are purposefully designed to carry furniture. When we do deliver we offer a tail-gate delivery only. Ex-factory collections are also tightly scheduled and it is important that the correct type of transport is used. Our loading bay is small any delay in collections can have a serious ‘knock on’ effect to other despatches.
