Order information

Orders
All orders must be in writing on Company letterhead, giving full address, contact name, telephone & fax number and email address

When ordering please could you provide us with the following information:

• The Model name or number and type of frame required (ie: Cottesmore Tub Chair) 
• Whether your require seats or backs, shells or skids, wings etc
• If ordering against a specific quotation please use a reference
• The delivery date you would like
• The polish colour if required quoting Barton’s colour number or the details of your sample colour
(note additional surcharge for colour matching)
• The delivery address, a contact name and telephone number and whether you require notice of delivery

Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, ex-factory and exclude V.A.T.

Packaging
Items delivered on Barton’s transport will be blanket wrapped for transportation. If specific packaging is required there will be
an additional charge. If the items ordered are to be wrapped on pallet, these will incur a charge and a credit issued on the return
of the pallets.

Delivery
Barton Products are able to offer a tail gate delivery service. Price on application will be relative to distance and value of the order.

Collections
Ex-factory collections are tightly scheduled and our loading bay is small. Any delay in collections can have a serious ‘knock on’ effect to other despatches, and may incur storage charges Order confirmation Your order will be acknowledged by a faxed or emailed order confirmation, please advise us on receipt of this if there are any discrepancies. This order confirmation will state our intended delivery date (week number), which may differ from your requested delivery date, due to stock levels, and it is important that you advise us immediately if you cannot accommodate the delay. On bulk production orders we reserve the right to deliver 10% more or less than the quantity ordered, with the appropriate adjustment to the price invoiced.

Proforma accounts 
If you are a proforma account a proforma invoice will be issued as an acknowledgement of order. On payment of this invoice a confirmed order acknowledgement will be issued show week of intended delivery.
