The company has a full range of woodworking machinery, enabling it to produce a variety of batch sizes and a complexity of models. All our machinery is being constantly updated ensuring a greater consistency in the ever increasing and complex world of manufacturing. We have over the years invested in both N.C. and C.N.C. machinery including two 5 axis C.N.C. routers, and we continue to invest in new machinery in order to achieve the quality required by our customers.

The entire workforce is encouraged to move forward with the times, and we train apprentices as well as providing other necessary training as and when needed. We do believe that a machine is only as good as the operator and therefore we also invest in training our wood machinists as well as other operatives, and we also ensure health and safety is constantly being reviewed and monitored.

Once the parts have been machined in our wood mill they pass through our sanding department where they are individually finished according to their specification. Specific show wood frames are often returned to the sanding shop again after assembly or during the assembly process. Having been sanded the individual components they are then held within our stores and when the time comes for assembly (if required) they are issued accordingly.
